SAINT SEBASTIAN is a queer coming-of-age musical comedy set on a Christian retreat farm over one very holy, very hectic Easter weekend. 14-year-old Sebastian’s sheltered life is upended when newcomer Jamie compels him to confront his privilege, his faith, and his identity, challenging Sebastian to decide between following the rules and following his heart. With help along the way from his favorite gospel girl group, some frisky farm animals, and a bit of divine intervention, Saint Sebastian is a playful send-up of adolescence, socioeconomic privilege, and the intersections of Christianity and queerness.
